| Description | Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited (the "Company") refers to its SGXNet announcement dated 4 April 2016 on the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 01/2016 (the "AGM 01/2016") to be held at 10:30 a.m. (Thailand time) on 26 April 2016 together with its accompanying attachments. The Company hereby notifies its shareholders whose shares are held through their security accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP") that, should they wish to participate in the AGM 01/2016 through submission of a Voting Instruction Form, the Voting Instruction Form must be returned, duly completed, to CDP by 5:00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 19 April 2016. Attached is an updated Attachment 1 titled "Guidelines for Shareholder Participation at the Company's AGM 01/2016". This Attachment 1 shall replace the previous Attachment 1 published on SGXNet on 4 April 2016. Please see Attachment 1 (attached to this announcement) and your Voting Instruction Form (already sent by mail) for further details. Please be informed accordingly. |
