The shares in the Company subject to this announcement are held by Thailand Equity Fund ("TEF"). Lombard Thailand Partners LLP ("LTP") has a deemed interest in the shares of the Company held by TEF as LTP holds over 50% in Lombard Thailand Intermediate Fund LLC ("Lombard") and Lombard holds over 50% of the units in TEF.

Change in interest is due to the increase in capital of the Company arising from the exercise of the over-allotment option in connection with the initial public offering. This is a change in the percentage of issued share capital held and not a change in the number of shares held.
